职位描述 Job description

工作地点：北京通州育种站 Location: Beijing Tongzhou station

岗位职责Responsibilities:

1. Assist maize breeding team leader to conduct our company’s maize breeding plan (inbred lines selection, hybrids crossing and trial, new varieties protection and registration, winter season work in Hainan). 协助育种专家执行公司玉米育种计划（自交系选育、杂交种组配与鉴定、新品种保护与审定、冬季在海南工作）。

2. Under the guide of team leader conduct the daily activities in the field like finding trial locations, planting, pollination, harvest, data record and analysis, manage temporary labors etc.) 在育种家的指导下执行公司田间日常管理工作（如选择鉴定、播种、授粉、收获、数据记录分析、以及管理临时工等）。

3. To be in charge of seed stock in Tongzhou warehouse, including seed sorting, counting, weighting, packing, storage, and transportation to different locations, in a safe and efficient way. 负责通州试验站种质库房的管理，包括种子的排序，分种，称重，打包，保存以及往各个地方的邮寄等工作，并且保证各项工作以安全高效的方式进行。

4. To be in charge of PVP job, including seed sowing, phenotyping, harvesting and data record. 负责植物新品种保护材料的田间工作，包括播种，调查，收获，数据记录等。

岗位要求Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above majored in Crop genetics and Breeding, Agriculture, Agronomy 作物遗传育种或农学相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. With at least 1 years experiences in maize breeding. 应具有一年以上玉米育种实践经验为佳。

3. Have good management and organizational skills and excellent R&D spirit.具有一定的组织管理能力，良好的科研素养。

4. Good communication skills both in written and oral Chinese and English in order to be proactive interlocutory with our foreign experts.具备良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力和与外国专家沟通的能力。

5. Literate at computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.良好的计算机应用能力如Word, Excel, PPT等。

6. Honest, reliable, willing to dedicate to maize breeding and a hard field worker. 诚实可信，有志于玉米育种事业，乐于承担较辛苦的田间工作。

7. Willing to travel occasionally and must be able to work in Hainan province during winter (around 1 to 3 months).可以适应较频繁的出差，愿意冬季在海南工作（1到3个月）。

8. Have driving license is a plus. 具有驾驶证优先。
