About Us

Dezan Shira & Associates was originally incorporated in Hong Kong in 1992, and has subsequently grown over the past two decades to support sizable operations in mainland China, India, Vietnam, and Singapore, with a strong affiliate partnership in Russia and Central Asia.

The firm provides services exclusively to foreign direct investors within the specialization of corporate establishment, business advisory, tax advisory and compliance, accounting, payroll, due diligence and financial review services to multinationals investing in emerging Asia.

Asia Briefing Ltd.

Established in 1999, Asia Briefing Ltd. is a publishing house, fully-owned subsidiary of Dezan Shira & Associated. It is dedicated to providing individuals and enterprises with the latest business and regulatory news as well as expert commentary relating to conducting business in emerging Asia. Knowledge, expertise and commentary are regularly contributed by Dezan Shira & Associates' professional legal and tax staff.

Role: Marketing Intern

Marketing Interns Will:

l Compose publicity material, promotional flyers and brochures etc.

l Assist with the promotion and PR of Dezan Shira & Associates and Asia Briefing products and services.

l Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients and improve media relations.

l Organize marketing campaigns and events around Asia.

l Improve Asia Briefing magazine distribution channels and database.

l Research business information and statistics for Asia Briefing books, magazines and products.

l Keep abreast of the latest Asian regulatory issues.

What We Require:

l No professional background necessary, however background in marketing/media/PR preferred

l Passion for marketing

l Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.

l Team player, project and time management skills, leadership skills

l Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline.

l General understanding of business; knowledge of essential.

l Interest in Asia’s legal, tax and business environment.

l Knowledge of Photoshop, PPT, HTML etc. an advantage.

l Knowledge of local language an advantage.
