We are now seeking for an Assistant Recruitment Consultant based in Shanghai with following information for reference
Job Title: Assistant Recruitment Consultant
Strong self-learning skill, be able to make COLD CALL upon instruction
Assisting senior consultant with day-to-day operational tasks and delivery high quality recruitment services by sourcing qualified candidates via various channels
Graduates have obtained an university degree
To apply for this position you are required:
Demonstrates professional behaviours, adhere to company recruitment methodology, policies, procedures and service delivery standards
An attitude of willing to learn more and improve oneself, pro-active and willing to help where ever possible
Great teamwork with exceptional communication skill
Technical savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Good command of both written and spoken English
Telesales or sales-related working experience is a plus
