SALES:

(Sr.) Sales Executive– NAMA/ General Appliance / Softlines

（资深）销售主任 –北美认证服务/家电/化学材料

Job Description:

- Collecting potential customers and marketing information;

- Developing and maintaining customer relation;

- Prepare sales presentations, proposals and activities;

- Following up sales orders and marketing strategies.

Job Requirement:

- Solid experience in marketing analysis, sales planning and development;

- Bachelor degree or above preferably with major in Science or Engineering;

ENGINEERING:

Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer（ICT）

项目经理（信息通讯与技术）

Job Description:

- Responsible for radio device approval service, e.g. Bluetooth/WiFi/ZigBee/GSM/WCDMA/LTE products;

- In charge of projects, and also business developments on radio device.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor degree with two years experiences on testing and/or project handling on radio device;

- Familiar with RTTE/FCC/IC requirements;

- With working experience from testing, certification or Telecom Company will be an advantage;

Inspection Project Manager– Retail

验货项目经理 – 贸易与零售商服务部

Job Description:

- Review inspection reports and make final judgment based on the inspector's findings and reports based on customer's requirements;

- Preparing the document for the pre-shipment inspection;

- On-site and off-site Inspection Monitoring of Quality Engineers.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Engineering related;

- At least 2 years’ experience as Project Manager or Report Reviewer for inspection service.

Project Engineer-Medical项目工程师-医疗器械服务

Job Description:
- Make test plan and finish test report professionally based on medical device safety related standards;
- Communicate with clients effectively on test issues;
- Present technical meetings and seminars.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Biological Engineering related;

(Project) Engineer – Household / Peripheral / Hardline

Job Description:

- To conduct tests in internal lab or on-site testing in manufacturer’s site;
- To prepare technical documents of project & evaluate test results according to relevant standards and regulations;

Job Recruitment:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic technology or related subject;

- Familiar with UL/ CSA/ IEC/ EN standards, 1-3 years of experience in product safety testing and 1 year in relevant testing institute is preferable;

- Good command of English with oral and written;

Supporting:

(Assistant) Procurement Manager（助理）采购经理

Job Description:

- Lead and be responsible for Great China General Goods and Services procurement team;

- To provide professional procurement support to internal customers, mainly supporting lines (eg. Admin./Marketing/HR, etc.);

- To take a leading role in the set-up of Great China framework agreements related to supporting lines;

- Identify and act on opportunities to minimize the total cost of ownership to the organization;

Job Requirements:

- Min. 8 years of experience in procurement field, with at least 2 years' managerial position;

- Strong communication (both oral and written English);

- Experience on SAP MM will be an advantage.

Technical Support Coordinator (Electrical, Softlines,Chemical)

Job Description:

- To provide support to Customer Service team for quotation, order setting etc.;

- Communication with internal and external clients, suppliers and factories to reasonable schedule arrangement;

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree or above;

- Good knowledge written English and good knowledge in spoken English;

（Sr.）Accountant– Financial & Controlling

(资深)会计–财务部

Job Description:

- Issue invoice, reconcile the A/R ledger account balance with customers, answer queries about invoices, mail invoices;
- Carry out bank account management for incoming payment;
- Carry out debt collection including coordination between clients and operating departments;
- Analyze AR and prepare AR reports;
- Initiate improvement measures and monitor its implementation;
- Other jobs assigned.

Job Requirement:
- Fresh graduate is welcome;
- 3 years or above working experience in Finance/ Accounting, MNC (multi national companies) working experience will be a plus;
- Good communication skill both in written and spoken English & Chinese, strong team spirit;
- Professional, careful, self-motivate, hardworking and willing to work overtime & under pressure;
- Familiar with excel and word applications;
- SAP experience is a plus.
