职位名称：Training Specialist (培训专员) 工作地点：无锡 有兴趣的同学可以将简历投递到：ChinaCareer04@Job Description: 1、The incumbent is mainly responsible for China engineering training and competency matrix, reports to China Engineering Talent and Competency Team Leader in HR. 2、Analyzes and interprets training requests from the organization and performs training needs analysis to determine required training. 3、Facilitates training in the classroom or work setting using a variety of training aids and techniques. 4、Coordinates various training related tasks to assure trainees are achieving adequate levels of learning, such as data collection and training needs analysis. 5、Performs simple cost/benefit analysis studies on training interventions and make training proposals. 6、Maintains up-to-date skills related to the expertise required to perform training responsibilities. 7、Develops and implements training using job aids, training check sheets, visual aids, and other training support methods. 8、Coordinates the activities of support training staff as required. 9、Improves training processes with modifications to materials, methods and various evaluation techniques. Qualifications: 1、This is an entry-level staff management position in training. The position normally requires basic skills in data collection, performance and skills analysis, training development, and the basic techniques of training delivery. 2、Excellent interpersonal and communication skill 3、Excellent in English (oral & written) 4、Excellent in problem analysis and solving 5、Creative, keeping interest in taking challenge and pressure 6、Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded 7、Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
