Job Description: Design scheme, synthesis, purify, and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets according to the project progress; Synthesize, purify and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets; Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules; Responsible for scientific literature and database investigation for reaction conditions and to become aware of the current research finding in the research focus; Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results; Communicate with foreign experts in headquarter on the project and report the progress of project on weekly interval. Qualifications: Mater degree or Ph D degree in medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, or relevant discipline; it is preferred with long steps organic synthesis of experience;Good background and experience in purification technology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analytical techniques required; Strong synthetic organic chemistry skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute synthetic approaches to target molecules;Fluent English and written communication. Have a good team spirit and professionalism; Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and organizational skills;

Job Description: Synthesize, purify, and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets according to the project progress; Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules; Conduct literature and database searches for reaction conditions and to become aware of the current research finding in the research focus; Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results; Ability to conduct the organic synthesis experiment with standard operation to reach excellent safety record; Resolving the difficulties during Implementation of the experiment and ability to propose synthetic scheme to supervisor and project team; Qualifications: Master degree or B.S. degree with two years work experience in Medicinal chemistry or synthetic organic chemistry; With rich experience in organic synthesis and experimental skills in laboratory, be familiar with the operation of organic chemical reactions, solid professional knowledge, and strong practical ability; Good background and experience in purification technology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analytical techniques required; CET-6, skilled in literature investigation and reading; Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and organizational skills;
