Effective communication and strong analytical skills. Job Description and Responsibilities: ? Participate in different audit engagements of IPO and U.S. listed companies. ? Participate in various advisory projects, including merger and acquisition, internal control improvement, anti-fraud, etc. ? Develop your comprehensive knowledge in both PRC and US accounting and auditing standards ? Establish deep understanding of clients’ business models and apply innovative analytical procedures to address business challenges and issues.
