现招聘的Decision Analytics部门主要从事银行零售风险管理和巴塞尔新资本协议实施。

招聘职位：

招聘部门职务工作地人数学历专业优先事项

决策分析部 初级业务分析员 高级业务分析员 上海 3 本科及硕士 应届生或在职人士 统计学/数学/经济学/运筹学相关专业 SAS, SPSS, R, S-plus, SQL etc.

Job Responsibility:

1.
Develop credit score for retail banking or other financial institutions in Asia Pacific.

2.
Develop customer segmentation, Basel II IRB solutions, regression modeling etc. for retail banks in Asia Pacific.

3.
Conduct strategy analysis and other ad hoc analysis relates to credit decision process.

4.
Organize and prepare specification documents in an easy to follow and clear format.

5.
Communicate with Experian consultants in Asia Pacific region to design, develop and deliver analytics to clients

Job Requirement：

1.
Masters or bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science or Mathematics; A Graduate Degree in similar fields is strongly preferred.

2.
Possessing basic programming skills and knowledge about statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, R is strongly preferred

3.
Experienced in MS Office Suite.

4.
Demonstrate the ability of writing and presenting in both English and Chinese. English proficiency level: CET 6 or equivalent.
