软件工程师

职位概述

软件工程师的职位提供了一个构建和优化软件的绝好舞台，这些软件将支撑渣打集团金融市场的全球业务运行与拓展。

工作职责

1.组织或参与系统分析活动，与业务分析师和最终用户充分交流。

2.针对系统缺陷的修复、功能的增强、以及全新模块的构建，开展设计、编码、测试和文档编制等活动。

3.协同运维分析师、数据库管理员、以及用户，解决业务应用系统运行中出现的各种问题。

4.协调其它相关团队，完成系统部署、制定接口协议、及其它相关的开发技术活动。

5.参与软件开发生命周期中的各项实践，例如SCRUM、变更控制、版本发布控制、及其它相关管理活动。

资质要求

1.热衷于软件技术，跟踪软件开发领域的最新动态，活跃在相关技术论坛。

2.掌握数据结构和编程的基本概念和实践方法。

3.超过一年的实践编程经验，例如Java、C#、以及Scala语言（约5000行代码）。

4.超过一年的实践SQL编程与关系型数据库应用经验，例如Oracle和SQL Server。

5.拥有实际项目开发的实习经验更佳。

6.拥有开源项目开发经验更佳。

7.拥有游戏或类似娱乐程序的开发经验更佳。
