What are my responsibilities?

1. General Administration, Handle phone calls, messages, Travel management, air tickets and hotel bookings and reservations, Prepare travel and normal expense claims and check expense claims, Arrange meetings/appointments and travel schedules (domestic and international).

2. Act as official communications interface for Corporate Procurement and Logistics, Information security assessment, Work safety assessment.

3. Supporting enforcement of company rules/regulations within related department.

4. To register, distribute and file internal and external correspondence/documentation accordingly.

5. Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Experience in Assistant or Secretary Area, very strong organization and communication skills.

2. Self-driven, can work independently, can work under sometimes stressful conditions. Good team player.

3. Daily interaction with Chinese, English and other cultures. Large amount of successful intercultural experience is essential. Deep understanding of both Chinese and Foreign cultures is necessary since internal and external counterparts are largely from such backgrounds.

4. Fluent Chinese and English as well.
