JOB RECRUITMENT Software Development Engineer (Nanjing) + - Position Summary：

The Software Development Engineer is an entry level engineer who develops, tests, troubleshoots and maintains software components for existing or new products. The role works within a team of software engineers on problems of limited scope and complexity which are structured to develop knowledge and experience; receives general guidance and direction on work that may span multiple disciplines of software engineering; and follows established practices and procedures to achieve overall program performance, schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education
Demonstrated understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (e.g., algorithms, data structures);
Proficiency in a programming language(s) (e.g., C, C++, C#, Java or Python)
Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS
Good understanding of networking, web based software/protocols, and database concepts
Demonstrated capability for solving problems across multiple sub‐disciplines of software engineering;
Proven capability for finding solutions to algorithm and programming problems, developing solutions, and finding defects in software.

Software Test Engineer (Nanjing) + - Position Summary：

The Software Test Engineer is an entry level engineer who designs, develops, executes and maintains software test plans and test automation frameworks. The software Test Engineer is responsible for utilizing test technologies to automate test environment construction, performance tests, scalability and load tests, functional and regression tests, and is responsible for facilitating and/or performing the creation and execution of automated tests across a diverse set of software.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education
Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS
Good understanding of networking, web based software/protocols, and database concepts
Knowledge of one or more object oriented languages (e.g., C++, C# or Java), and one or more scripting languages (e.g., Unix shell, Python, PERL, or JavaScript);
Knowledge of OOAD principles and methodologies (e.g., UML)
Knowledge of test methodologies, QA process, and software release cycle.

Technical Support Engineer (Nanjing) + - Position Summary：

The technical support engineer positions will provide support service to customers who are working to implement Citrix products like XenServer, XenDesktop, XenApp and Netscaler. The daily job is focusing on isolating problems, in-depth root cause analysis and providing solutions of Citrix products and their integration into customer environments. We are looking for someone with very good Windows, Linux or networking skills and who is also eager to learn about virtualization. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday although you will be required to participate in an on-call stand-by over the weekend and night. There will be occasionally travel required to resolve difficult problems at customer site.

Requirements (essential)

At lease strong in one of the following technical areas and professional communication
Windows server and workstation operating systems skillset.
Linux skillset
Networking skillset
Communication Skillset
Fluent in English. Understand customer and good service sense.

Requirements (nice to have)
Programming
Database
Virtualization products and concepts
Storage (SAN/NAS, Raid)
Any industry certificates of Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix or other companies.
