Position: Intern, Independent Business Monitoring

Report to: Manager, Independent Business Monitoring

Role Purpose：

China Independent Business Monitoring's remit is to provide independent auditing and monitoring across GSK China and its third parties, specifically on risks associated with GSK China principal risks namely:

Bribery and Corruption

Commercial Practices

Distribution Channel Integrity

Third Party Oversight

Patient Safety

Employee and Third Party Fraud

Financial Reporting and Disclosure

Responsibilities:

1. Perform data analysis of underlying financial data in JDE;

2. Facilitate with detailed work of control testing, e.g. recording meeting minutes, vouching, translation;

3. Other miscellaneous assistant to IBM team members.

Requisition:

1. Availability - at least 3 days per week, 6 months above;

2. Fluent in English both in writing and oral communication;

3. Proficient in data analysis (etc. use of excel)
