Position: Campus Recruitment Assistant/Campus Recruitment Intern
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
Campus branding and activities
Campus assessment including screening, interview arrangement and offering
Internship recruitment and placement assistance
Campus email account and social media promotion channel maintenance
New Hire's post connection and on board preparation
Team assistant for recruitment project
Vendor, university, and student's connection
Other tasks assigned by recruitment manger
Job Requirement:
- 2015 undergraduates/postgraduates with related working experience is preferred
- Innovative with creative thinking
- Embrace the challenges, and well-organized
- Good communication and coordination skill
- CET-6, TEM-4 or above, good oral and written English skill
- Nice personality, able to work under pressure
- Committed to HR profession and recruitment job, self-motivated
- 2016 graduates/post graduates is also welcomed for campus recruitment internship
