Position：Strategic Sourcing Trainee Location: Xu Hui District (near Subway Line #7)

Responsibilities:

To join project team and support project activities;

To communicate with plant team and suppliers;

To conduct spend and cost analysis based on instruction from the manager;

To conduct market research on suppliers;

To prepare project report and develop documentation for progress and discussions;

Need to quickly understand business operation and challenges;

Need problem solving skills to identify key issue and analyze for root cause and possible solutions;

Need strong communication skills to coordinate between different levels in the projects.

Requirements:

1 year work experience above as management trainee or in sourcing and supply chain related function (fresh graduates are also acceptable);

Good knowledge of manufacturing process and operations;

Good command of problem solving skill, Logical thinking and analytical skill;

Good command of data analysis and tools, e.g. Excel;

Work organization and process control;

Good listening and communication skills;

Good command of English in business occasions.
