Position: Project Assistant (Internship, People Development, HR) Working Schedule: 4-5 days/week Internship Period: At least 3 months（能够六月初上岗优先） Location of Work: Room 1502, Jia Du Plaza, Lane 719, West Yan An Road, Shanghai (Near Jiangsu Road subway station) 上海市延安西路719号佳都大厦1502室(近江苏路地铁站) Who is "the One"?Someone who has a dream in inspiring position action to people around...Someone who is passionate to grow up people around...Someone who aims at a career in HR, especially in Learning & Development function...What's the mission?Support People Development Department to: 1. Execute learning & development projects, e.g. RADICA University, RADICA Management Trainee Program; 2. Evaluate training effectiveness and fine-tune training program with colleagues together;3. Prepare materials for relevant projects and documentation; 4. Construct the Book Corner, arrange books and magazines and update information.5 Key Elements for "the One"1. Proactive to learn, and learn through;2. People-oriented with management sense, with team management experience in student organization is an added advantage;3. Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills;4. Strong English speaking & writing proficiency is a MUST, with min. CET6 or equivalent capability, BEC Higher or TEM8 would be cool;5.
