职位描述
PURPOSE: The System Administrator position is a part of the PIM (Product Information Management) user support, and is located at a IPO R&D Systems China PIM Helpdesk site.
MISSION 1: System Administration and Direct support
(1) Is available, handle installation requests and license requests for PIM tools
(2) Is available, support users on the PIM tools(level-1) via phone, email....
(3) Logs all incident and requests into the Remedy System (Product Information Management), and monitors for any open/transferred tickets.
(4) Resolves or drives resolution to all PIM tools issues, directly or via the escalation process
(5) Promote the FAQ's(Frequently Asked Questions) and best practices to the support team
MISSION 2: Performance
(1) Resolves >75% of L1 issues at local HelpDesk without escalation
(2) Participate Super User Network (SUN) meetings as a technical resource
(3) May perform new version testing, PC validation and roles on project deployment
MISSION 3: Application Availability
(1) Proactively monitor availability of key global applications using process defined by L3
Education:
University degree or Engineering school degree in the field of Mechanical or Computing
（Computer 专业, 机械MCAD）
SKill:
(1) Communication & teamwork skills
(2) Analatic/problem solving skills
(3) Speak and write engilish fluently
(4) Willing self learning and improvement
(5) Good self motivation
EXPERIENCE:
Recent Graduate or 1~2 years
