一、公司简介： 应用材料公司是一家全球领先的高科技企业。在18个国家设立了84个分支机构。世界上几乎每一个先进半导体芯片和平板显示器都是通过应用材料公司的设备生产的。应用材料公司的创新设备、服务和软件被广泛应用于先进半导体芯片、平板显示器和太阳能光伏产品制造产业。我们的技术使智能手机、平板电视和太阳能面板等创新产品以更普及、更具价格优势的方式惠及全球商界和普通消费者。一、招聘需求：（一）招聘职位：国际采购员（英语采购）（二）工作描述：1. 跟踪订货要求，物流，批复等。2. 与技术工程师一起确定供应商。3. 分析供应商报价，质量。确保供应商按时按量交货物。4. 跟踪购买全程。5. 根据公司采购计划，协助供应商确定和货物交付。6. 供应商管理。（三）招聘要求：1. 能接受倒班工作制2. 英文，经管，供应链管理，物流，国际贸易，电子商务等相关专业本科以上学历。3. 有相关采购，物流实习经验优先。4. 良好的供应商管理，议价，物料管理基础知识等。5. 优秀的英文沟通表达能力。Job Title: International Buyer Job descriptionŸ Follows-up on orders, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records. Ÿ Works with engineering to recommend new suppliers. Ÿ Analyzes proposals, negotiates prices and delivery, issues and/or adjusts purchase orders in a timely manner. Ÿ Negotiates vendor contracts, as appropriate. Ÿ Follows purchasing business processes. Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels. Ÿ Interfaces with Accounting and Receiving to resolve problems. Requirements1. Willing work in shift 2. Bachelor level degree or equivalent in business, purchasing/materials, supply chain management, International trade, English or related discipline3. Requires a general understanding of supply chain management, competitive analysis, cost analysis, cost avoidance and reduction, negotiation, commodity knowledge, information systems / commerce, and procure to invoice. 4.
