从掌握店铺工作及基本管理知识开始，通过各种培训及考核鉴定，逐步成长为独当一面，带领团队的营运部管理人员。

晋升路线：

零售培训生 高级营业员/助理店经理 店经理 区域经理

岗位职责：掌握店铺工作，达到屈臣氏营运流程规定的执行标准；

熟悉店铺管理基本知识；

职位要求：专业不限；学习能力强；勤奋上进、有团队合作精神；

薪资待遇：基本工资 全勤奖 销售奖金

带薪一年8天年假、年底13薪

工作地点：北京市百家店铺就近分配。
