Hong Kong Gosino Industry Limited is one company legally registered since 2010 and operated in Hongkong and has branch offices in Hongkong and Foshan, P. R. China, and in Jakata, Indonesia.

Our company is specialized in the trading business and consulting service of the below scope of supply:

1) Metallurgic equipment and spare parts

Cold/hot rolling rolls, rubber rolls, wear parts, industrial rollers, cathode/anodes plates, pump. Motor, bearing, graphite/CS/SS heat exchanger, coupling/shaft, sealing, gear, gear box, hydraulic/pneumatic power unit and piping system, special alloy material productsetc

2) Anticorrosive equipment

Engineering plastics ( PP, PVDF, FRP ) tanks, gas scrubbers, pickling tank, storage tanks and fans, rubber coated and brick lining line tanks etc.

3) Carbon and stainless steel equipment and parts

Machined parts, steel structure, pressure vessel, reactors, towers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, sanitary storage tanks and piping systems etc.

The workshops have passed the certificate of ISO9001:2000 quality system。

Our products have been widely used in the fields of petro-chemical Industry, Metallurgic Industry, Food and Bio-chemical Industry, Paper-making, Electronic Industry, Power Plant and water treatment allover of the world.
All our products have a high reputation and hot market in Europe, ASEAN, North America, Australia, Middle East and other countries.

3) 碳钢和不锈钢设备

机加工零配件、钢结构、压力容器、反应釜、塔器、换热器、存储罐、卫生级罐体和管路系统等等。

Position Summary:
职位职责概要：
Responsible for below mentioned tasks and areas :
·Periodically visit at different suppliers’ workshop perform the quality supervision and inspection

·Supplier quality control and assuring
·Perform the inspection based on PQIP and issue the ITP to supplier
·Issue the weekly report, progress report and on-site-inspection report
·Supplier manufacturing progress and delivery date monitoring and pushing
·Supplier quality document checking and collecting
Major Duties:
主要职责：
·Execute the quality supervision regarding the PQIP and other requirement acc. to product home default Req.
· Prepare the ITP/ Function test plan based on the drawings and product-home other Req..
·Handling Deviation report from supplier quality controller, including,
- Root cause analysis,
- DR disposition suggestion (rework, special release, etc.)
- Make corrective and preventative action
- Maintain DR database
·Technical support for Division and Internal QC
- Handling customer complains, go to customer site to check problems
·Supplier quality assurance
- Review PQIP, PO requirement, drawing, and Pre-production Readiness with supplier
- Push supplier to establish/improve process flow, routing and inspection plan for key parts, if needed, approve supplier manufacturing workflow
· coordinate with product engineer on technical or quality supervision resource support.
·Loading/packing quality inspection
· Labelling quality inspection

Education Background /Professional knowledge
·Mechanical manufacture or Chemical industry education background

-Bachelor or above graduation majored in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Language:
CET 4
