JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analysis the requirement, develop software application to control optical devices.
分析需求，编写设计应用软件控制光学设备.

2. Customize and optimize the kernel of windows embedded compact 7.0 system
裁减及优化wince 7.0系统内核.

3. Communicate and work closely with peer developers of global team
与全球的开发人员保持密切沟通与合作.

4. Guide and support junior developers
指导支持初级开发人员

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求

1. BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field required.
计算机技术或软件工程等相关专业本科以上学历

2. 5 years of proven experience in windows CE embedded software development. Familiar with VS environment and be able to understand electronic circuit diagrams.

五年以上windows CE嵌入式开发经验，熟悉VS开发环境，能够阅读和理解电路

3. Strong knowledge of the latest embedded compact windows platform.
熟练最新的嵌入式windows开发平台

4. Excellent verbal and written skills in English, especially with technical documents

5. Proven experience in QT/C with multi-level programming skills on both embedded and PC based platforms

2. 3 years firmware development experience & coding with C/C

4. Knowledge of general digital communication protocols (ie. USB, RS485, SPI, I2C, Bus system ...)
