Purpose of position:
Do some basic paper work to support Logistic and purchasing
Responsibilities:
1.Update stock of each warehouse everyday
2.Tracing the delivery for each shipment, confirm customers get the products in time and no problem
3.Release POs into system and send to suppliers
4.Do QAD system( receiving and sending)
5.Support to work when others are on business travel
6.Other works
Qualifications:
1.CET 6
2.Knowledge of MS word, excel and outlook
3.Major related with Financial is preferred
4.Female is preferred
Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
1.Patient and careful
2.Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
3.Fluency in English and Mandarin
马瑞利（中国）位于外高桥自由贸易区，提供市区上下班班车接送及工作午餐；
有实习津贴。本科生 80元/天，研究生100元/天。
专业不限 一周3天以上 能持续3个月以上。
