Company: Fonterra Ying Hub

Title: HR Payroll Specialist

Location: Ying, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province

Report to: C&B Supervisor

Key responsibility:

Compensation and benefit ( 80% of work time)

Take charge of monthly payroll and insurance (Social insurance, housing fund, personal tax and commercial insurance) in a timely manner for Ying hub farm staff (about 500 employees).

Manage and monitor employee s attendance record to ensure the record is accurate and effective.

Establish and maintain the personnel/documents

Make the needed HR reports.

Maintain accurate HR data in SAP and HRIS system

Participate in salary market survey and complete salary review cycle

Provide guide, consulting and training for relevant onsite HR supervisor regarding any compensation and benefit issues.

Build up and maintain the good relationship with local labor bureau.

Others(20% of work time)

Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by line manager

Qualification:

Computer literate

English and mandarin as work language.

University degree

Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, and Finance or related.

At least 3 years working experience in HR function.

Experience in payroll and salary reviewing, MNC s background is highly preferred.

Labour law knowledge

Manufacturing industry and fram experience is preferred.

建立和维护员工信息表/文件

制作所需的HR报告

在SAP 和HRIS系统里维护准确的HR数据

参与薪资调查和完成调薪流程

为驻场HR主管在薪资福利方面提供指导、咨询和培训

建立和维护与当地劳动局的良好合作关系

其他(20的工作时间)

执行其他直线经理指定或要求的临时性任务

任职要求:

熟练掌握电脑技术

英文和中文作为工作语言

本科毕业

专业为人力资源或其他相关专业,有薪酬福利相关专业课学习的背景。

熟知劳动法及劳动合同法
