Main Purpose of the Role:

Assistant Sr. Consultant to complete the recruitment project of clients according to the requirement.

Responsibility:

l According to Sr. Consultant’s requirement, assist to complete talent recruitment project for client;

l Present Job opportunities to qualified candidates via cold call, internet, database, and interpersonal referral;

l Screen CV according to JD and requirements of clients;

l Short list the candidates for vacancies and collect the information of the talent market to assistant Sr. Consultant to complete the report;

l Assistant to finish the recommendation reports to the client, interview arrangement, and follow up candidate.

Requirement:

l Open, active and cooperative personality;

l Willing to learn and take challenges;

l Fluent Mandarin and good English reading & writing skills;

l Skilled in Microsoft Office;

l Bachelor degree to be granted, Master is preferred;

l 3 days per week and total 6 months available for work;

Salary: RMB 80/day
