职 位　描 述： PURPOSE / MISSION This position is for a training post for fragrance evaluation. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about fragrance, who can work in multi- cultural teams and are capable of working autonomously. in both mandarin & English. Training would include an overseas assignment so candidates should be willing to travel. Initially This job is responsible for FDM colletion work, evaluation, brand servicing and project management; The successful candidate will work to acquire Olfactive knowledge, expertise in fragrance development and project management across different categories. MAIN TASKS Assimilates Olfactive and technical trainings; Contributes to collection building by evaluating and selecting fragrance, initiating pro-active development; Participates regularly to expert panels across categories; In-depth knowledge of market leaders in own category as well as Firmenich best-sellers; Understand MR tools and techniques as well as project management; Builds relationship with other functions; As of 2nd year, starts managing projects and becomes accountable for results. KEY INTERACTION Perfumers -Application Services- Technical Development Teams- FDMs - CMI -Account Managers-External Customers FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL University degree (B.S. or Master) REQUIREMENTS 1 -2 years of experience in FMCG industry is preferred Passionate to be working in fragrance industry Fluent English Excellent communication skill COMPETENCIES 1.
