Talent sourcing specialist, RPO in pharmaceutical/IT industry

Role

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an entry to mid-level Recruitment Consultant to work as a Sourcing Specialist for our key account in pharmaceutical. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing the most talented candidates for roles within your portfolio. Working closely with a Business Partner, you will develop and execute a multi-channel approach, utilizing direct and indirect sourcing channels, developing talent communities, and researching the best candidates in the market. This role provides the opportunity to create and manage sourcing innovation through including tools such as social media, LinkedIn, market mapping, networking, managing targeted campaigns and referral programs.

Experience

Around 1 year recruiting experience in an in-house or agency environment or new graduates who are strongly interested in recruitment will be a preference

Individually CV screening, shortlisting, candidate interviewing and presenting to client

Strong relationships with candidates and the ability to maintain and build a strong talent pipeline

Good communication skills and skilled in proactive research and talent pooling

Highly adaptable nature, you can embrace change and continuously improve processes

Be familiar with pharmaceutical,IT industry will be a preference
