Good longterm prospects are available to the right candidate demonstratingcommitment, hard work and a willingness to learn.Job DescriptionSupply Chain AssistantReport to Supply Chain Manager, track and coordinate client shipments withrelevant parties to ensure effective communications between China and the UK.Checking Packing lists, Commerical invoices after each container loading, updatingICSS Company order tracker.Arrange travel itineraries (business meetings, travelling arrangements, tickets &hotel bookings)After sales service (placing spare part orders on behalf of clients, updating andsending relevant trackers back to the clients)Skill-- Good at oral and writing both in Chinese and English-- Can use Excel/Word/PowerPoint/email-- Good people relationship skillsRemuneration:-- 2,500RMB / month for a 3 month trial period-- Salary to be reviewed after 3 month trial period-- Suitable apartment, rental paid by ICSSEmail: elyn@Contact person: Elyn mao 15888870817
