职位一：Process Engineer -- 济南
Essential Duties and Responsibilities：
- As necessary, test the basic application figures, collect the application data and all information as well as maintain the product inventory on the customer site to support account manager to retain the business.
- Build strong working relationship with site manager and engineers.
- Identify clearly customers' requirement and work closely with technical support team.
- Assist in dealing with commercial activities in assigned account.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and their application in order to perform " trouble shooting" as independently as possible.
- Solve the technical problem with product application and process knowledge.
- Introduce new products to aid customer process.
- Have the experience or ability to drive the new business
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of Tier One University (preferably in Chemistry or steel rolling engineering)
- Must possess a minimum three years technical service or sales experience in the appropriate industry
- Be able to understand and to solve technical process related problems
- Be good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and write in English

- 收集整理所有与产品应用相关的数据及相关信息，管理客户端产品库存，支持客户经理/销售经理保持业务；
- 与客户现场经理及工程师建立良好的合作关系；

- 协助处理指定客户的商务活动；
- 具备较全面的产品及其应用的相关知识，及时独立反映问题；
- 运用产品应用及技术服务的知识解决现场技术问题；
- 向客户推荐新产品以优化其工艺
- 具备推动新业务的能力或经验
任职条件:
- 第一学历须为第一批本科院校，金属材料工程、材料成型，冶金机械，表面处理等相关专业优先考虑；
- 相关行业三年以上的技术服务或销售经验；
- 能够理解并解决相关技术服务问题；
- 具备良好的沟通和人际关系技巧；
- 较好的英语读、写能力。
