卡特彼勒是世界上最大的土方工程机械、建筑机械和矿用设备的生产商，也是全世界柴油机、天然气发动机、工业用燃气轮机以及柴电混合动力机组的主要供应商。 卡特彼勒（中国）投资有限公司于 1996 年在北京成立。今天，卡特彼勒在中国投资建立了23家生产工厂，制造液压挖掘机、压实机、柴油发动机、履带行走装置、铸件、动力平地机、履带式推土机、轮式装载机、再制造的工程机械零部件以及电力发电机组。 卡特彼勒技术研发（中国）有限公司（CRDC）总部位于无锡，在青岛，天津和北京设有分部。其使命是提供全球领先的研发及知识产权管理，支持卡特彼勒在中国和成长市场中实施其战略。 CRDC服务于卡特彼勒在中国的生产设施和供应基地，使卡特彼勒更接近客户，充分利用区域工程技术人才，开发超越客户期望的市场领先产品。 目前公司在招聘以下2016实习生岗位,总招聘人数为20人，涵盖机械类（机械工程，机械电子，车辆工程，内燃机相关等），软件类，人力资源类，英语类专业。 具体岗位描述如下： 1、Engineering Intern(机械工程，机械电子，车辆工程，内燃机等相关)-14000ECY-CRDC/Wuxi Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Key role is to learn and assist - Perform needs analysis and initiate ideas - Evaluate new products, processes, or systems - Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units - Contribute to the design of new products and processes - Perform product and process maintenance - Support other engineers, customers, and suppliers Required Qualifications: - 2016 graduate with bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Thermal Energy, or equivalent - Excellent in problem analysis and solving skill - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure - Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded - Hands-on - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) - Good to Excellent in English (oral & written) 2、Engineering Intern (计算机科学及技术)-14000ECY-CRDC/Wuxi Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Learn and assist on production system and manufacturing process - Learn and assist on logistics and material Discrete Event Simulation - Learn and perform Manufacturing Engineering database development - Learn and perform software development on process optimization Required Qualifications: - 2016 graduate with bachelor degree or above major in Computer Science & Technology or Software development - Familiar with database, such as DB2, SQL server, Access, etc. - Excellent in software structure design and evaluation - Excellent in software code development - Excellent in software debugging and trouble shooting - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure - Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded - Good to Excellent in English (oral & written) - 6 months and above duration is preferred 3、Engineering T&CD Intern(人力资源，英语或行政相关)-14000ECY-CRDC/Wuxi Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Facilitate engineering development program rotation and relocation arrangement - Maintain and update rotation related data, including rotation path update, rotation rating tracking and etc. - Support to organize engineering development program related activities and learning sessions, such as Annual Meeting, Information Meeting, Newsletter and etc. - Perform engineering training related data collection and analysis - Facilitate engineering training by providing logistics support - Support other department activities Required Qualifications: - 2016 graduate with Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, English, administration background, or equivalent - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Excellent in English (oral & written) - Excellent in problem analysis and solving - Creative, keeping interest in taking challenge and pressure - Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) - Hands-on 实习期相关情况： 1、公司提供有竞争力的实习期津贴 2、公司提供免费的午餐及班车接送 3、实习期6个月以上，公司为实习生制定周详的实习期培训计划 4、实习期表现优良的同学将被作为卡特彼勒2016年度LTDP管理培训生计划的优先录用侯选人 5、有机会参与学习卡特彼勒研发项目，与卡特工程师交流相关研发技术经验 简历投递方式： 1、简历（含相关项目经验及实习经验）直接发送至邮箱 ChinaCareer05@ 2、直接致电卡特招聘团队了解职位更多情况， 0510-8537 9947
