Major Duties Performed (Main Functions) 主要职责: {C}1. {C}Process all expenses claims verification and to ensure all claims are in line with the company policy {C}2. {C}Prepare payment request with supporting documents {C}3. {C}Monitor and reconcile with staff personal accounts and minimize any overdue {C}4. {C}To create and maintain vendor master information via Intranet
