Position: Marketing Management Trainee

Career path:
1 year：Rotation to confirm the specialty: Merchant, Account or Marketing
3 years: Manager
5 years: Director

Key Duty:
1-Marketing research and analysis for the company and the industry.
2-VIS set up & maintain the brand image.
3-Maintain the relationship with the key accounts by greeting dinning and events.
4-Set the loyalty program & establish the client clubs.
5-Observe the media & manage the media relationship.
6-Marketing communication set up & management (website, wechat, sms, e-newsletter. )
7-Graphic design, copy writing, production process & management.
8-Manage & push the sales team to achieve the sales quota.
P.S. It is really a high pressure job with hi-frequent OT works.

Work Proportion:
40% :presentation, communication & sales relative jobs.
40% : copy writing, design & planning relative jobs.(Clubs, Wechat, Website, Mar-Com jobs)
20%: team management & market research reports.

Requirements:
1-Rich presentation experience in the Debate clubs or Student union.
2-Proficient English: CET-6.
3-Confident looking & nice shape. Male (174cm+), Female(164cm+)
4-Design, Marketing, Planning, PR or Communication relative Major background is a must.
5-Internship/project experience communications, design and marketing is a must.
6-6 months+ internship experience in the enterprise, NGP, NPO or other society organizations.
7-Overseas Study experience is preferred.
8-Out-going & easy-going character.
9-Detail & Result oriented. No excuse but result, no more talking but working.
10-Enjoy working in consulting, advertising & PR industry.
