Internship Position: Intern - Global Cross Business Services
Location: Shanghai
Intern Duration: 4 months
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
-Assisting in preparation of the audit confirmations, including preparing statements, liaising with internal and external clients;
-Coordinating reporting, including preparing and sending reminders to clients / handling client phone calls / filling
-Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
-A good team player with good communication skills in English, writing and speaking
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Detail oriented
-Proficient in Microsoft (excel, word etc.)
-Prior intern experience preferred
-Minimum commitment of 32 hours per week
