完成公司行政事务性工作及部门内部日常事务工作。

制定行政、总务及安全管理工作发展规划和计划；

审核、修订行政管理规章制度，进行日常行政工作的组织与管理；

协助承办公司相关法律事务；

参与公司绩效管理、考勤、采购事务等工作；

公司经营事务的管理和执行工作；会务安排。

任职要求

职位要求：

具有较强的时间管理能力；

优秀的外联和公关能力，具备解决突发事件能力；

具有较好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力；

熟练使用办公软件；熟练使用操作办公自动化设备。
