Responsibilities/Job Roles

Work closely with research scientists and engineers in a multidisciplinary team on research programs that serve GE businesses.

Use engineering and process skill sets to develop pilot-scale system in chemical engineering.

Demonstrate capabilities in unit operation design, process development and system scale-up for process technologies in petrochemical, coal or natural gas industry.

Take the lead on research program or key technical tasks to solve complex, multi-disciplinary technical challenges, committed to project execution.

Generate new ideas according to market needs and initiate new research projects.

Embrace EHS & play an active role in nurturing a culture of safety.

跟跨部门的研发工程师和研究员一起从事为GE企业集团服务的研发工作

负责石油化工小试/中试装置的 工艺设计及审核，定型设备/非标设备和传感器的选型，与部门内部研发工程师，外部制造商以及终端客户的沟通协调，确保中试装置按时按质交付使用

指导小试/中试装置的调试及运行，确保实验的安全进行

指导小试/中试装置的放大，产品设计，跟研发工程师一起创新。

Qualifications/Requirements

Master degree or above in Chemical Engineering/Petroleum Engineering with strong engineering background; Experience in process development, system design & scale-up is required.

In-depth understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals; hands-on experiences in process design, unit operation design in chemical engineering & system scale-up.

Proven record of technical accomplishments in the related field.

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex problems in simple terms, foster cross-organizational communications.

Formal English report writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Excellent problem solving skills - ability to identify key issue quickly, and to implement major changes.

Self-starter, independent thinker, proactive problem solver.

Motivated by quality, cost and speed.

High energy with passion for excellence (Demonstrated ability to set and to achieve aggressive goals and targets; Embrace change and technology evolution as an opportunity).

化学工程, 石油化工类专业, 硕士及以上学历; 有化工工艺设计经验

熟悉化工产品加工与开发，熟悉实验室设备的运行，对化工设备、压力容器等有充分的了解和接触

熟悉化学工程, 石油化工 和 分离工程的理论知识, 并熟悉 化工 单元操作 和 工艺流程设

熟悉中试设备 传感器的选型和供应商

具备较强的沟通能力, 团队协作能力

流利的英语听说读写能力

具备非凡的学习能力以及自主分析问题和解决问题的能力

Desired Requirements:

Industrial R&D or design institute experience in petrochemical, oil processing, coal or natural gas industry is preferred.

Certified chemical engineer is preferred.

有石化设计院工艺设计经验以及石化中试装置设计经验的优先考虑
