因工作需要,拟面向校内外公开招聘中山大学中法核工程与技术学院单位自筹经费项目制B系列人员1名,现将有关招聘事项公布如下:
一、招聘范围
面向校内外公开招聘。
二、招聘岗位与岗位职责
B-2项目助理岗,待遇参照B-5管理五级岗。
岗位职责:学院实习、质量监控、宣传等工作。
三、工作地点
中山大学珠海校区。
四、招聘基本条件和要求
(一)拥护党的路线、方针、政策,遵纪守法,具备良好的思想素质和道德操守,遵守国家的法律法规和学校的各项规章制度,恪守职业道德,办事公正,作风正派;
(二)具有研究生硕士学历学位,管理学或传播管理专业优先考虑;
(三)身体健康,年龄不超过30岁;
(四)具有较强的文字和口头表达能力,以及沟通协调能力、组织管理能力和社会活动能力,具有熟练应用计算机和互联网工作的能力;
(五)能熟练使用法语或英语与法方人员沟通、交流。法语优先,英语要求托福600或雅思7.0或相近水平;
(六)有较强的事业心和责任感,工作踏实,耐心细致,办事效率高,能按时完成工作任务;有良好的服务意识和团队协作精神;
(七)熟悉质量控制管理流程、大型活动策划,了解高等教育国际化评估体系和中国高等教育;

1. Communication:
Assignment:
- Define and implement IFCEN internal and external communication policy
- Create, write and update all documentation pertaining to IFCEN communication
- Organize events, including industrial partners conferences, academic workshops, VIP visits
- Set up and organize the future alumni network, including its website and newsletter
- Organize industrial partner support for F-building decoration
- Maintain and upgrade IFCEN website by covering events and by writing articles
- Translate IFCEN website from Chinese to English, and from Chinese to French
- Create new propaganda documentation for industrial partners
- Follow the design of new logo for IFCEN
- Upgrade IFCEN presentation in SYSU bachelors introduction books
- Create a new welcome ebook presenting IFCEN to fresh students
- Edit IFCEN press book
- Organize IFCEN propaganda session in Guangdong province s best high-schools
- Write yearly executive report on communication policy and activity
2. Quality Management
Assignment:
- Set up IFCEN Quality Management system under Quality Insurance standard
- Be a major contributor to IFCEN accreditation by French Cti through the management of Quality Insurance system
- Responsible for IFCEN evaluation policy (partners and stakeholders, academic courses, internships, etc.)
- Prepare IFCEN s application to Quality Insurance Label like ISO9001 and EUR-ACE
- Upgrade IFCEN Quality Management manual
- Create IFCEN procedure handbook
- Create standard running procedures for each field (education, administration, procurement, internships, etc.)
- Create non-conformity files for each field (education, administration, procurement, internships, etc.), propose, with the personnel involved, preventive, corrective and curative measures and follow their implementation
- Organize Quality Insurance training and communication for IFCEN Staff
- Create and manage Chinese and French teaching module evaluation made by students
- Write yearly executive report on Quality Insurance policy and activity
- Trace syllabus changes and improvement
3. Internship Policy
Assignment:
- Build up the forecast of industrial partners, including but not limited to PFCE, willing to provide internship positions forY4, Y5 and Y6 students
- Set up the software database of internships
- Negotiate each internship program with industrial partners
- Prepare all documentation pertaining to internship programs, including agreements between IFCEN and industrial partners as well as individual contracts for student
- Follow up internships performed and make sure that they all comply with the program purposes. In case any trouble occurs, report accordingly to IFCEN administration.
- Visit partners before internships, and students during internships, when accessible at a reasonable cost (Guangdong province)
- Create and communicate internship evaluation documentation (for industrial partners and for students)
- Organize student interviews for internship placement with industrial partners
- Check compliance of all internship reports with IFCEN procedures
- Write yearly executive report on internship policy and activity
