Roles and Responsibilities - Supplier I.T. Support Location: Lu Jia Zui, Pu Dong Kinds: Part-time ( 3-4 days per week is must) Title: ODC Desktop Support Technician Job Scope: Main Function: Provide desktop support to Supplier staff Main Duties: 1）Provide I.T. support (issues and requests), which includes: Basic administration of VDI and Citrix sessions VDI ownership change requests Troubleshooting Win XP, Windows 7 and application issues Investigate causes of I.T. system performance issues Provide advice to Supplier end users and management on the bank's policies and procedures as they pertain to I.T. equipment/services. The platforms which the role covers includes; desktop, virtual machines and the local (vendor) environment. 2） Use Service Now (SNOW) as the problem & request management system. 3） Monitor SNOW frequently; respond to open tickets, update the work log and close tickets for issues/requests resolved within the Supplier location. 4） Resolve SNOW Incident tickets within UBS's SLA (80% of Incident Tickets to be resolved within 8 hours of the ticket being assigned to the Supplier I.T. support team) 5） Escalate appropriate tickets to UBS I.T. partner teams, 6） Co-ordinate scheduled major works at the Supplier location. 7） Ad-Hoc local project related activities 8） Ensure all work activities adhere to the bank's policies and procedures 9） Complete all UBS Mandatory Training on time 10) Support the Global ODC IT Manager; provide information as requested, respond to requests in a timely manner. Requirements: 1) Be familiar with Windows XP and Windows 7 system, has the ability to error correction 2) Be familiar with Windows Server serial, AD area, DHCP,DNS,WSUS 3) Network basic knowledge, network standard basic knowledge, has experience about setting up small network 4) be interested in desktop support 5) CET-4 will be prefer 6) be flexible to accept all kinds of shift time
