招聘职位

PD Engineer

Job Description:

1.Support existing assigned product lines to improve product yield, quality and to reduce cost;

2.Develop new or modify existing products using efficient and effective engineering

3.Prepare product drawings, specifications, and test plans to release the new products to manufacturing and satisfy product requirements;

4.Interface with factory, Quality and other departments for new product development

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Microelectronics/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines, RF experience is a plus.

PSG Engineer

Responsibilities of Job

1. Support existing assigned product lines to improve product yield, quality and to reduce cost.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Microelectronic/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines, RF experience is a plus

Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.Perform activities for the development, characterization, and implementation of new test equipment, jigs and fixtures, test concepts, methods and programs into production

2.Develop fixtures and jigs for testing MEMS devices and support customers on all test related matters

3.Develop and perform test program generation and optimization for new customers' products

4.Develop and execute test strategy for new products including design for test analysis and feedback

5.Develop new techniques for test handling and fixtures, using experimental design and statistical method, evaluate failure data to find root cause and implement sound engineering solution

6.Possess the ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

7.Define processes and equipment requirements and specifications used in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of MEMS devices

8.Review product requirements with product designers to ensure compatibility with processing and testing methods with design goals

9.Develop programs to improve process yields and manufacturing efficiency

10.Recommend and prepare changes, additions and modifications which will optimize processes, enhance yields, reduce costs and improve the manufacture of products / processes

Requirements:

1.Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Physics

2.Possess MEMS package design, modeling knowledge would be an added advantage

3.Have strong leadership qualities and be able to drive projects teams in ensuring set time lines, costs and quality expectations are met

4.Possess prior experience in project management and preferably from range of medium to large size projects

5.Familiar with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

6.Ability to work under pressure and commit at irregular hours when required

7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and influence a wide range of internal and external customers

8.Be dynamic, resourceful and self-motivated
