职 位　描 述： Management Associate - Asia Consumable Development & Supply (ACDS) –C&A 亚太区消耗品部管理培训生 (Job code 职位代码: 2014 CRP010) Your key responsibilities Support regional Director of Codes and Standards in defining MO-China’s Codes and Standards strategy, set priorities in alignment between MO & BUs. 2. Execute disciplined implementation of set MO-China Codes and Standards activities, initiatives and strategies. 3. Lead cooperative research projects at selected National Universities /Institutions (i.e. CABR/Tsinghua Univ./Tongji Univ.) and participate in international research cooperation supporting code development efforts through technical know-how and state-of- the-art technology. 4. Join selected associations related to Hilti-product impacted industry. Author articles and participate in national and international technical symposiums, seminars and other venues to influence the industry. Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with key code officials, industry leaders and key decision makers on an academic level as well on a personal level. 5. Keep updated to the most current international technical know-how and state-of-the-art technology by constantly developing own functional expertise in the relevant subject matters and participate in exchange program with A1 & HAG. Your profile Degree: Master in mechanics or mechanical engineering. Language: To be proficiency in oral and writing in English Soft skill: 1) To be smart enough in logic thinking, especially have strong conceptual competence with strategic thinking. 2) A quick leaner and to be curious to new things. 3) Has positive attitude to solve difficulties. 4) To be ambitious for career development in short term and long term. 5) Open mind and collaboration for culture fit of Hilti.
