招聘岗位：Client Service Executive

岗位描述：

Submit new applications, follow regular payments and tracking claim status for the clients.

Coordinate with the International Sales Team to prepare proposal/presentation for clients.

Assist International Sales Team and Account Manager to provide daily enquiry services to the clients via email or phone call.

Handle the customer complaints including service quality, policy details & claim issues.

Assist in business data record collection, follow-up and analysis

岗位需求：

1 year working experience or new graduates

Bachelor degree

Good at MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Fluent in written & oral English

Good learning ability-Ability to work independently and ability to work under pressure
