岗位要求：
Report to: CEO (German) 此职位面向15届应届生，希望实习后可以转正留下来，培养的方向是PA of CEO.Role Responsibilities: 1.Manage a complex diary and coordinate meetings, conferences, travels for the CEO and manage the overall scheduling of the CEO Calendar; 2.Organize travel requirements, traveling with the CEO worldwide to provide general assistance during traveling; 3.Manage a large volume of incoming emails, calls and mail, screening enquiries and requests, and handling them with appropriate prioritize action; 4.Develop relationships with key stakeholders, liaising the relationship with clients, government officials, investors, and other senior levels; 5.Assist communications between the team and the CEO, coordinating, collecting and collating reports across the team for the CEO; 6.Attend meetings and take minutes /record of discussions (principally for the CEO); 7.Develop and maintain management budget, processing and coding expenses; 8.Carry out specific projects and research assigned by the CEO; 9.Teach the CEO Mandarin. Requirement 1.Senior student with relevant working experience gained from international companies is preferred; 2.Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and proficient in Chinese as a foreign language teaching; 3.Well organized, independent & able to work under pressure ; 4.Work extended hours when required, willing to travel to other cities and countries; 5.Good business knowledge would be a plus; 6.At least 4 days working days per week is required, good image.
