SKF (Dalian) Bearings and Precision Technologies Co., Ltd., a wholly owned company of SKF, it is located in the beautiful Dalian Economic & Technological Development Area, was registered on March 23, 2005 and inaugurated on Sept 8, 2006, total investment is 1500MRMB, total registered capital is 71.4MUSD (including Step I/Step II/ Step III of LSB Factory and Step I/Step II of MSB Factory).SKF (Dalian) focuses its business operation on manufacturing and reconditioning high performance precision bearings. Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent

· Knowledge of machining process

· Team work

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Good command of both written and spoken English

· Graduate of 2015

中型轴承厂招聘职位：

供应链国际培训生 / Supply Chain International Trainee

Requirements

· Master degree or above with major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanics or Information Management or equivalent

· Experience with ERP system is preferred

· Experience with international companies of Industrial corporations is preferred

· High level of IT operation skills, any ERP experience is preferred

· Fluent in English and Mandarin is compulsory. Minimum requirement, IELTS: 6.5 or TOEFL: 100 (245 for computer-based exam)

· Adaptability and sensitivity to work in different cultural environments

· Must be willing to travel overseas and domestically

· Active learner with emotional mature

· Good team work spirit

· Good inter-personal skill, analytical skill , presentation and
communication skill

· Good project management skills is preferred

Responsibilities

· Learn and master the ERP system and surrounding Demand Chain common tools in SKF, understand the logic behind

· Learn the SKF Demand Chain standard process, referring to both manufacturing unit and sales unit

· Lead the project to implement the SKF Demand Chain common ERP system to SKF Dalian with Group’s standard template, from prestudy phase to post golive phase

· Use SKF GPM tools to manage project, with clear project scope, organization, responsibility defined

· Work with SKF IT subcontractor and SKF experts to define ERP solution that meets the business needs of SKF Dalian

· Drive to change the internal SKF Dalian process to standard process when necessary

· Provide support to end users after the ERP system implemented to SKF Dalian

· Communicate effectively and relate with people at all levels cross-cultural and cross-functional in SKF

· Support to develop Demand Chain planning competence

· Support to implement Demand Chain best practice to SKF Dalian

· Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant fields at all times

· Any other tasks required by manager
