OPPORTUNITY: DATA ANALYST SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Location: Shenzhen

Citadel pursues path-breaking work and this opportunity offers excellent exposure to a quantitative research career path in one of the world s leading global financial institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Participate and support various financial data projects

Assist with the acquisition, processing, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing large volumes of data

Evaluate vendors of financial information; evaluate and work with new data sources

Collaborate with colleagues in the Shenzhen office to understand project requirements and specifications

Perform related duties as required

Qualifications

BS, MS or PhD level training in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics , Finance or related fields

Good programming skills in scripting languages (e.g. shell script, Python, Perl). Experience in statistical packages (e.g. R) and exposure to C/C a strong plus

Proficiency in English

Comfortable with analysis of large datasets

High level of personal integrity and strong work ethic
