光辉国际人才与领导力咨询部门（Korn Ferry International）招聘实习生

What you will do:

- Participate in talent management & leadership development projects and researches

- Provide support for interviews, data research, translation, and presentation deck preparation

Who you should be:

- Passionate about talent management & leadership development area, interested in people

- Result driven, detail oriented

- Basic knowledge in general management / human resources area

- Fluent in English (comfortably reading English version of Harvard Business Review)

- Great MS Office skill (especially PPT and Excel)

- Can work on site for more than 3 days per week, at least 3 months
