Job Description

General description:

As a member of a Start-up Company and working with the support of its shareholders, you will be a key element for the development of Olive Concierges operations.

You will be using your proactivity, creativity, oral and language skills to offer high-end concierge services to our customers.

The job offers high opportunities for job and carrier growth, along with the development of the start-up. Being among the first operation employee of the organization, your satisfying results will be firstly considered for promotion.

Job Responsibilities:

Offering concierge services:

- Ensure constant service: Efficiently reply to customer demands (calls, mails, SMS,...) focusing on exceeding customer expectations: Service should be reactive, qualitative, and solution-oriented.

- Technically: Handling and ensuring accurate reporting of Customer Relationship Management system.

Education and Experience: Minimum Bachelor degree

Job Requirements

Native Chinese, fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. French is a strong plus.

Demonstrates effective communication skills

In the long run, ability to lead and train others

Able to work independently as well as with a team

Proactive and solution-oriented

Show ability for multi-tasking
