For our Healthcare Sector, we are looking for an Assistant Customer Application Engineer at the earliest opportunity.

Mission of Function:

Providing the technical support for all products to customer. To support to reach the annual sales and EBIT target for responsible territory. What are my responsibilities?

What do I need to qualify for the job?

Master degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, and Diagnostics.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications

Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies

Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company

A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry

Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED DX operates

1-2 years experience in Service within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.]

Diagnostics or relevant functions.

Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.

Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
