For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Recruiter (6-month contractor) 招聘专员 (6个月合同).
What are my responsibilities?
1. Maintain and update recruitment channels including various centers, recruitment agencies, local employment centers and other recruitment online systems;
2. Screening resumes, interviewing and performing background checks and referring qualified applicants to appropriate personnel concerned;
3. Assist in establishing and developing of recruitment systems, optimizing of recruitment process including offering & accepting and hiring process, or other practices;
4. Coordination in organization changes & internal resources redeployment;
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 years of staffing/recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing industry or headhunting firms;
4. Good communication in English, speaking and writing;
5. Proactive, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills
6. Able to work autonomously but also a team player and willing to take additional work load.
