戴姆勒大中华区投资有限公司成立于2001年1月，总部位于北京。公司负责如下业务单元：梅赛德斯-奔驰轿车、梅赛德斯-奔驰轻型商用车、戴姆勒卡客车、梅赛德斯-奔驰金融、戴姆勒零部件贸易服务以及研发中心。其业务范围覆盖中国大陆、香港、澳门及台湾地区。
Position: Intern - ITP Cross Functions (Finance, HR)
Location: Daimler Tower, 8 Wangjing Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Job description:
1. Support to make PowerPoint and Excel, sometimes do analysis work.
2. Support to organize team activities, and communicate between departments andclients.
3. Daily supporting mail box monitoring, first level issue handling anddispatch.
4. Professional SAP work, assist in SAP SRM Module(junior level)
5. Basicadministrative jobs, like meeting room and projector booking & etc.
Requirements:
1. Excellent oral and written English skills.
2. Good Microsoft office skills, especially Excel, PPT and Word.
3. Good Analytical and Research skills.
4. Good time management skills multi task capabilities and communicationskills.
5. Minimum 1-3 months internship or working experience.
6. Can be on-board no later than July 6th, and could guarantee 6months full time internship.
The internship will last for six months,full-time work.
