Position: Researcher(Full time)
Team Function: Talent Solution (HR)
Job Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu
Reporting Line: HR Consultant
Role Summary
• Work very closely with Consultants of HR team in dealing with the cases
which providing suitable candidates to clients
• Assist consultants in business development efforts by providing necessary
pre-search
• Implement position analysis and identify the search direction
• Utilize a range of methods/strategies to source appropriate candidates,
including research, databases and advertising
• Identify potential candidates and/or sources for competitive new client
meetings, special pre-search projects and regular search assignments,
via variety of channels
• Assist consultants in delivering written and oral reports for clients
• Liaise with clients and candidates, assisting with candidate shortlist
presentations, organize interviews, meetings and reports
• Accurately codes all database entries
• The Researchers also serve as Quality Assurance and Check and Balance
to ensure highest standard of services.
• An encouraging rewarding schedule would be applied to researchers
based on the “Sammile Performance Evaluation System” (SPES).
Responsibilities

Business Development
• Support consultants to carry out the pre-search analysis of specific
industry (industries), market and the potential competitors to the client
company
• Must be well versed in sourcing of information (internet, library, trade
organization, etc.)
• Assist the Associate to prepare presentations by using the best tools
available i.e. slides, graphic designs, etc
Execution
• Work closely with the Associate to map out the candidate universe and
develop the job control for assignment
• Prepare candidate profile
• Make sure the thoroughness and consistency in our candidate
presentation
• Organize the assignment files
• Organize the research library, and newspaper cutting
• Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
• Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology
(computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency
• Assist the Associates in coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure
effective communication
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above (HR, Management, Business, English and related
major preferred)
Flexible, diligent, faster learner, quick actor, positive thinker, courage to face
new challenges
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
English is a must (CET-6 or above)
All 2014 and 2013 Graduates would be qualified for application
