JOB DESCRIPTION: General Manager Assistant & Auditor　

Company introduction:

RESPONSABILITAS is a consultancy providing audit, training and consulting services in areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, Health and Safety, Energy and Environment, Food Safety.

RESPONSABILITAS assists brands, retailers, importers and factories in their approach for monitoring and improving workers conditions and environment, managing risks and protecting their image.

In the context of its development, RESPONSABILITAS is opening an office in Shanghai and is looking for the right caliber person to assist its development under the supervision of General Manager.

Position title: General Manager Assistant & Auditor

Tasks:

- Review and enhance the audit reports quality written by auditors

- Act as the contact point for the audit booking requests from Customer and reports issuance

- Contact with the factories and organize auditors schedule, issue the reports to Customers

- Occasionally conduct social and environmental audits / consulting

- Any duties required by the General Manager in the context of development of Shanghai office

Technical requirements:

- Interest for the social compliance

- Good English writing skills

- Studies in the area of environmental / social sciences is preferred

- Strong willingness to learn

- Willing to travel in areas Shanghai / Jiangsu / Zhejiang

Location:

- Shanghai

Package:

- 4000 RMB/month as base salary

- 1000 RMB/allowance in case travels

- Negotiable depending on candidate experience and profile

JOB DESCRIPTION: Intern Auditor (& Inspector)

RESPONSABILITAS assists brands, retailers, importers and factories in their approach for monitoring and improving workers conditions and environment, managing risks and protecting their image.

In the context of its development, RESPONSABILITAS is opening an office in Shanghai and is looking for the right caliber person to assist its development under the supervision of General Manager.

Position title: General Manager Assistant & Auditor

Tasks:

- Conduct social / environmental audits under the guidance of a senior lead auditor

- Write and review the audit report

- Contact with the factories and organize audit schedule

- Occasionally conduct product inspections

- Any duties required by the General Manager

Technical requirements:

- Interest for the social & technical compliance

- Good communication skills with management / workers

- Good English writing skills

- Studies in the area of environmental / social / technical sciences is preferred

- Strong willingness to learn

- Willing to travel in areas Shanghai / Jiangsu / Zhejiang

Location:

- Zhejiang

Package:

- Depends on intern availability

- Daily package if project basis, or

- Monthly package if monthly basis

Starting date:

- Immediate : First series of audits on 28-29-30/05/2014 in Zhejiang
