Major Responsibilities:

与公司相关部门沟通，明确具体环节的操作流程,建立相互之间有效沟通

负责管理经销商和供应商开户和资料存档，并确保SAP系统中资料的准确性和完整性，送货地址修改或增加

负责本部门的日常费用控制和报销工作（个人费用，办公用品费用，出差费用，机票费用等）

各地经销商发票管理（及时邮寄以便其到税务局抵扣，有问题换票等）

办公用品申请和领用

部门考勤

机票和酒店的预定

名片的制做，申领和分发

会议安排并做会议记录

全国渠道项目销售经理布置的其它工作

Knowledge and Skill - Minimum Qualifications:

本科以上学历

熟练掌握微软OFFCIE工具

Others:

每周至少保证四天

工作地点：浦东金桥，提供班车

女生及大四保研优先
