M&M s产品研发技术员，技术培训生
工作地点： 怀柔
工作职责：
1. M&M s新色素原料及配方的开发：与M&M s全球规模化团队,原材料和配方团队及商务部门紧密协作开发新色素原料及配方。
2. 引领与新色素相关的开发：与市场部合作，为M&M s 核心产品。M&M s季节性产品/礼品以及电子商务所设计的色素相关原材料进行开发和维护，攻破品牌渗透壁垒。
3. 持续支持并提高M&M s World的产品开发。
4. 现有色素原料的管理：与商务和质量管理团对合作，建立并维护相应原料标准，原料风险评估，及新供应商的开发。确立并实施与色素开发相关的价值流工程，为消费者创造更多价值。
5. 完善并建立全面的色素开发技能及流程：确立色素开发流程，掌握样品制作经验，并全面了解全球色素工业的趋势；掌握基本的消费者调研能力，搜集反馈，并改进产品设计。

M&M s Product DevelopmentTechnologist, Technical Trainee
Location: Huairou
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop M&M s new color recipes and raw materials: Collaborate closely with M&M s Global Scale Team (GST), Raw Materials & Chocolate Team (RMCT) and Commercial to develop new color raw materials and color recipes.
2. Lead color related product innovation: Collaborate with franchise to lead M&M s Color related product innovation projects for M&M s Seasonal/Gifting, e-commerce and Core business to bust penetration barriers.
3. Provide on-going support and continuous improvement for M&M s World Candy products.
4. Maintain color raw materials: Collaborate with Commercial to maintain RM specifications, MRAs, and identify new suppliers. Identify and deliver color related Value engineering (VE) opportunitiesto create more valueto consumer;
5. Build comprehensive color development capability in MCH: buildin-depth color development and prototyping expertise and fully awareglobal color industry trends. Conduct basic consumer and shopper research to get feedbacks on prototypes.
Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:
1 Have strong curiosity on technical research and new technology
2 Majored in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, and biology relevant
3 Good Oral and written English
4 Excellent communication and team work
5 Good capability to dig and analyze
